If the payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card that was used to make the payment. The money will be credited to your card within 3-30 days after the refund is made by the Seller.
To avoid misunderstandings, please closely study the product after receiving it, as the claims about the appearance and equipment of the product can be made only 1 day after receiving the product. Claims about appearance and equipment made after this term aren’t accepted.
Customer actions after finding a problem with the product:
Send an e-mail to sales@etereshop.com and our managers and/or technicians will contact you.
If the product was damaged while transportation or testing – it will be replaced, if it is damaged in use – we’ll help you to repair it or exchange it – if it’s still in marketable condition.
If the product was made as a custom order it can’t be returned, but it’s still can be repaired by us or we’ll advise you how to repair it.
For every product or group of products, there are certain Operation and Maintenance Rules and detailed descriptions of warranty cases.
In case of return – a refund will be made to the payment source. If you pay by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card.
In case you made the payment by mistake – please contact your manager, the money will be returned to you immediately.
If payment was made by bank transfer – a refund will be made to the bank account it has been made with.
We accept the return of the purchased product only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been in operation more than once, the product should have a perfect appearance (no visible signs of use).
- The buyer provides sound reasons for returning whenever the reason is impossible to detect from the demonstration of materials and technical documentation supplied with the product.
- The buyer assumes shipping costs associated with the delivery and return of the product.
- The buyer shall bear the costs related to commissions of stores and payment systems (the amount depends on the payment option – you should contact a manager) and customs duties.
- The product is in mass production and was not custom-designed.
In all other cases, except for custom-designed products, we provide a replacement for an identical or similar product under the following conditions:
- The buyer assumes shipping costs associated with the delivery and return of the product.
- The buyer shall bear the costs related to customs duties.
- A refund from the client without a reason is possible within 14 days due to Ustawą o prawach konsumenta z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. (Dz.U. 2014 r. poz. 827 ze zm.) (due to the fact that this rule applies to retail trade, and the ETEREshop policy implies the sale of goods according to individual customer orders (services), each case of return will be considered separately).
